About our Exhibitor Packages
While most trade show booths are only accessible from the front, many of our booths are accessible from at least three sides. We include a generous space between adjacent booths to maximize frontage available to attendees. All of our exhibitor spaces include clothed tables in the price. We will do our best to design the exhibit area with as much visibility as possible. If you have a back drape wall you would like to use, please bring this as sometimes we are limited on drapery. Electrical power is not included with any booth however you may order this or additional supplies using the form located at the bottom of the page
We will have scheduled breaks and lunches provided to all attendees in the exhibit area for both days.
Oct 3 – 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Oct 4- 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Tuesday 7:00 am registration begins. Please go to registration desk in front lobby of hotel and let the staff member know you are an exhibitor. You will receive your table assignment, vendor package and badges.
Take-down: you may not begin breaking down your display until no sooner than 30 min prior to exhibit closing. All exhibits must be out of the exhibit hall by 10:00 pm that night.
