Where: OSU-OKC Public Safety Training Center Google Maps: Oklahoma City Training Center

When: February 1st and 2nd, 2017
Time: 9am to 6pm

Class #5: Engage and Mobilize your Team, Generational Differences
Class #6: Leader Ethics, case studies
Class #7: Legal / Liability – Personnel Management
Class #8: Mentoring & Succession Planning, Lessons Learned
Class #9: Game Plan 101
Class #10: Handling Conflict & Resolving Issues

Upon completion of each class 1 coaching or mentoring session will be scheduled for each participant. 6 sessions in total.
