Class #6: Leader Ethics, case studies
Class #7: Legal / Liability – Personnel Management
Class #8: Mentoring & Succession Planning, Lessons Learned
Class #9: Game Plan 101
Class #10: Handling Conflict & Resolving Issues

Upon completion of each class 1 coaching or mentoring session will be scheduled for each participant. 6 sessions in total.

Where: Virtual Classroom

Attendee’s from a computer, laptop or tablet are directed to a virtual classroom powered by Zoom Video Conferencing. Phone Number provided for those attendees who wish to call-in.
