2018 SWFCA Leadership & Coaching Academy

Classes begin March 6-8

Fayetteville, Arkansas

 

THE 2019 SWFCA LEADERSHIP ACADEMY IS TRAVELING TO LAFAYETTE, LOUISIANA!

There will be a 3-day symposium in Lafayette followed by 4 months of online classes.

Graduation ceremony is scheduled for  October 2019 in Lafayette.

Combined 2-day Symposium and 4 month Leadership and Coaching Academy

 

REMAINING 6 LEADERSHIP ACADEMY CLASSES

Class #5: Engage and Mobilize your Team, Generational Differences
Class #6: Leader Ethics, case studies
Class #7: Legal / Liability – Personnel Management
Class #8: Mentoring & Succession Planning, Lessons Learned
Class #9: Game Plan 101
Class #10: Handling Conflict & Resolving Issues

Upon completion of each class 1 coaching or mentoring session will be scheduled for each participant. 6 sessions in total.

Where: Virtual Classroom

Attendee’s from a computer, laptop or tablet are directed to a virtual classroom powered by Zoom Video Conferencing. Phone Number provided for those attendees who wish to call-in.
